HearUSA is seeking a Hearing Care Provider to join their team in Council Bluffs, IA. The role involves performing comprehensive hearing evaluations, selecting and fitting hearing aids, and providing exceptional client care.
About the Role
As a Hearing Care Provider, you will be responsible for conducting thorough hearing evaluations, recommending and fitting hearing aids, and ensuring client satisfaction through follow-ups and community outreach. You will work closely with a team to implement new initiatives and maintain compliance with industry standards while embodying the company's mission of providing excellent hearing care.
About You
Required:
- Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Basic or advanced written communication skills.
- Experience interacting with customers/clients.
Preferred:
- 1-5 years of experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.
