About the Role
As a Clinical Psychiatry SME, you will create challenging, high-quality questions and perform peer reviews of content developed by other experts. You will collaborate with the client's research team to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models in clinical psychiatry, contributing to innovative approaches in data development.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Clinical Psychiatry, Psychology, Psychopharmacology, Human Development, or a related field.
- Recent experience as a Professor, Lecturer, Graduate or Teaching Assistant, Researcher, Editorial Board Member, Consultant, or other professional expert.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent English grammar.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and clinically accurate questions and summaries.
- High attention to detail when reviewing content.
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously, with occasional live meetings.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
- Signed NDA and completed background check required.
Preferred:
- Experience in test item writing, exam development, scoring, or AI projects.
Benefits
- Flexible schedule: work anytime, ideally 8–40 hours/week.
- Compensation is output-based: paid per question that passes peer review and per peer review completed, with strong performance yielding the equivalent of $30/hour.
