- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience working with at-risk youth in a residential setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in challenging situations.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid State Driver's License with appropriate Endorsements.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.

Situated on 14 rolling, wooded acres in Mansfield, Ohio, Foundations for Living is a secure, residential treatment center for males, ages 10-15, and females, ages 11-17, with a minimum IQ of 65. Our 84-bed center is accredited by CARF and licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to provide mental health and substance abuse/dependence treatment. “There are two lasting bequests we can give our children.
