About You

Required:

Proven success as a General Sales Manager or senior desk manager in a high-volume import or domestic store.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on clarity, preparation, and accountability.
Deep experience with modern digital retail, CRM utilization, and structured follow-up processes.

Preferred:

Demonstrates a high Hospitality Quotient (HQ) including kindness, optimism, and integrity.
Ability to build strong teams and coach managers and advisors effectively.
Strong operational instincts around inventory, pricing, and market dynamics.
