About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the LinkedIn Learning Admin platform. You will deeply understand customer needs to develop an innovative Admin strategy that delivers value and revenue impact. Your responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, analyzing competitive environments, and ensuring seamless admin experiences across LinkedIn's ecosystem.
About You
Required:- BS/BE/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role.
Preferred:- MS degree in a technology-related field.
- Strong understanding of building and scaling enterprise, platform, or data-heavy products.
- Experience building customer-facing software products with a demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, planning, development and launch.
- Experience defining, articulating, and operationalizing product ROI.
- Experience in operating in a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment, navigating large organizations to achieve business impact.
- Proficiency in user research methodologies to identify and prioritize new product opportunities.
