About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, conducting platform demos, overseeing the onboarding process, facilitating broker-carrier provisioning, understanding broker routines and challenges, gathering feedback on features, and communicating broker needs to the tech team.
About You
Required:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- 5+ years of B2B insurance sales experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance lines, brokers & carriers
- Proven account management/customer service background
- Specialty insurance knowledge (Cyber, D&O, EPLI)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proactive, accountable, and tech-savvy
- Early riser with strong work ethic
