As a Residential Direct Support Professional - DSP, you will provide support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities in various living environments. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities such as medication administration, hygiene, meal preparation, and community engagement. You will also provide life skills training and help individuals build relationships and access recreational activities.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-disciplined.
Preferred:
- Experience in caregiving or human services.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
