About the Role
As a Bilingual Automation & Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing automation solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing CRM platforms, and providing technical support. Your work will focus on utilizing Python and Power Automate to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm.
- Solid experience with Python and Power Automate.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms, including Filevine, LeadDocket, and HubSpot.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and its regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
