As a Registered Nurse in Pediatric Home Health, you will provide focused, one-on-one care in the home environment, allowing you to build consistent relationships with pediatric patients and their families. You will utilize your clinical judgment to deliver skilled nursing care while having access to clinical support. The role emphasizes autonomy and continuity of care in a calm and controlled setting.
About You
Required:
- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License.
- Physical from within three years.
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
- Valid driver's license.
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
