Summary
Bicara Therapeutics is seeking an experienced (Senior) Director, Statistical Programming to lead the programming function supporting Bicara's oncology clinical programs in Boston, MA.
About the Role
As a (Senior) Director, Statistical Programming, you will oversee and support statistical and clinical programming activities for all development programs. Your responsibilities include leading statistical programming activities for clinical studies, collaborating with biostatisticians and data managers, developing and maintaining analysis datasets in compliance with CDISC standards, providing expertise for regulatory submissions, and mentoring junior programmers.
About You
Required:
- MS degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive statistical programming experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Strong programming skills in SAS and/or R.
- Thorough understanding of ICH Guidelines, relevant regulatory requirements, and CDISC standards.
Preferred:
- Oncology drug development experience in programming.
- Submission experience for regulatory filings such as NDA/BLA.
- Direct supervisory experience and demonstrated experience in departmental resource allocation.
