About the Role
As a (WTI) Support Team Specialist II, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting Wintrust Investments. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls and requests, building relationships with sales professionals, providing training on technology, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics, preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Proven superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred:
- Previous experience in an investment-related field, finance, or banking.
- Insurance license desired.
