About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Hospital at Home program, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients enrolled in the program, conducting virtual assessments, monitoring patient status remotely, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective care delivery. You will also document interactions in the electronic medical record and participate in patient education and discharge planning.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Three years of experience in an acute care setting.
- AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification.
- Registered Nurse NJ or Registered Nurse NLC multi-state license.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Telemetry experience.
- ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
