About the Role
As a Registered Nurse Flex, you will foster an environment that supports the core mission of Capital Health. Your responsibilities will include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will adapt to multiple units to ensure quality care, advocate for patients, and educate them and their families about medical conditions. You will also contribute to the organization's readiness for regulatory agencies and support performance improvement activities.
About You
Required:
- Associates degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse license in NJ.
- One year of related experience or training.
- AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification.
Preferred:
- ATCN or TNCC certification (or must obtain within 1 year of hire).
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification (or must obtain by end of orientation).
- ACLS certification (or must obtain within 6 months of hire).
- NRP and PALS certifications (or must obtain within 6 months of hire).
