About You
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in change management, organizational development, or ERP implementations.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Prosci or similar change management certification.
- Experience with training development and stakeholder engagement in complex organizations.
