About the Role

As a Trainer 2, you will act as a trainer and problem solver, monitor the conduct and performance of trainees, perform manual assembly, operate automated assembly and test equipment, and compile data on trainee performance. You will work under general supervision and may provide functional guidance to others.

About You

Required:

High school diploma and additional courses after high school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
One to two years of relevant experience.
Must possess specific certifications as defined by site operations.

Preferred:

Knowledge and understanding of assembly process and product process flow.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
Knowledge of computer applications such as Word, Excel, and documentation control systems.
