As a Public Records/Due Diligence Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive public records research, performing due diligence investigations on individuals and corporations, analyzing research data, and compiling detailed reports. You will collaborate with legal teams to identify research needs and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in public records research, due diligence investigations, or open-source intelligence.
- Proficiency in using public records databases and online research tools like CLEAR, TLO, and Lexis Nexis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar certification.
