Hearts and Hands Therapy Services, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their clinics in Woodstock and Morrow, GA. The role offers a hybrid work model combining clinical engagement and remote flexibility.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients aged birth to 21, supervise and mentor RBTs, monitor clinical progress, and ensure accurate documentation. You will work in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment and participate in professional development and mentorship programs.
About You
Required:
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative setting
