As a Senior Integrated Eligibility Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support for frontline workers, delivering quality training with measurable outcomes, conducting post-training assessments, and mentoring other eligibility trainers. You will also analyze system support tickets to identify training needs and coordinate IT project management activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Learning Management System (LMS) design and development.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate or comparable platforms).
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and designing training cases.
