About the Role
As an Inspector 1, you will be responsible for performing inspections, documenting nonconformance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Your daily tasks will include reading and following instructions on job travelers, evaluating jobs on Quality Control hold, verifying inspection equipment calibration, and performing inspection tests as required. You will also need to adhere to safety regulations and complete other assigned duties.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical sketches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience in quality control or inspection roles.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
