About the Role
As a Systems Analyst & Technical Trainer, you will collect and analyze information from system users to define system objectives and deliver technical training. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and develop comprehensive training programs. Your responsibilities will also include conducting hands-on training sessions and preparing technical documentation to assist users.
About You
Required:
- 3 years of proven experience analyzing IT systems and developing training programs.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
Preferred:
- Certification as a Cyber Instructor - Intermediate (712).
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
