About the Role
As a 1st Shift Cell Operator, you will be responsible for operating one or more machine tools, reading blueprints or job orders for product specifications, selecting and securing tools, and identifying nonconforming parts. Your daily tasks will include ensuring that the machining process meets the required specifications and tolerances.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of machine operation and safety protocols.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with blueprints and technical drawings.
