About the Role
The role involves providing technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Responsibilities vary by engineering discipline and may include process troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, process improvements, safety enhancements, project management, equipment design, and new technology implementation. Positions are primarily located in Louisiana, Michigan, and Texas, with some at other US sites, and may require adherence to TWIC credentialing.
About You
Required:
- Active/current participant in the Dow Operations National Student Program or Local College Co-op Program.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related STEM field.
- Graduation date no later than September 2026.
- Legal ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Preferred GPA of 3.00 or higher on a 4.00 scale.
