About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op, you will assist with production activities, including tooling and production method development, material storage analysis, and the collection and analysis of labor and machinery productivity data. You will also work on machine tool setup reduction and collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes.
About You
Required:
- Student enrolled in a four-year degree program, majoring in Engineering who has completed their freshman year of college.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD software.
- Must be willing to work 3 or more rotating semesters.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
- Experience in or knowledge of metal cutting.
- Experience in or knowledge of metal cutting processes / machinery.
