Summary

About the Role

As a Summer Intern in Operational Excellence, you will assist the OpEx team in executing projects following the DMAIC methodology, developing improvement processes, and contributing to the overall business strategy. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing operational data, engaging with personnel to understand operations, and applying problem-solving methodologies to drive improvements.

About You

Required:

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools such as DMAIC Methodology and Lean principles.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBi or Tableau.
Self-motivated and able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Benefits

Hourly pay rate of $25-$30 based on education level.
Eligibility for company-paid holidays during the internship.
Accrual of sick time after 120 consecutive days of work.
