About the Role
As a Senior Logistician, you will be responsible for on-site coordination of installs, removals, repairs, and refurbishment of NSSMS and RAM systems. Your duties will include preplanning, scheduling, tracking, conducting briefs with ship personnel, and performing Material Condition Assessments. You will manage databases related to asset tracking and MCA, conduct shipboard inspections, and generate reports. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the capability to resolve logistics discrepancies.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s Degree and 7 – 10 years of logistics experience or no degree and 9 – 12 years of experience.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
- Ability to receive and maintain a security clearance.
- Valid driver’s license with own transportation.
Preferred:
- Navy Logistics School.
- Previous NAVSEA Logistics experience.
