Summary
IAC Group is seeking a 2nd Shift (2p-10p) Production Supervisor – Door Assembly to join their team in Arlington, TX. The role involves leading the Door Assembly manufacturing team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.
About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate daily activities of production team members, ensure compliance with safety regulations, monitor production processes, train and develop team members, conduct shift meetings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain production records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred, or 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or MES systems.
- Automotive or Tier 1 supplier experience is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as needed.
