- Basic math skills to track and count inventory.
- Ability to use or learn computer systems for record-keeping.
- A reliable work ethic and a safe work history.
- Willingness to work in all environments (cold, hot, or noisy) and to work overtime if needed.
- Comfort lifting up to 100 lbs and staying active throughout the day.
- Experience with forklifts or inventory systems (training provided for inventory systems).
- Previous work in a warehouse, factory, or food processing plant.
