About You
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a related position.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn about and operate facility equipment safely.
- Comfortable with heights, soil, water, and tight spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for at least 8 hours per day.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to register with the state’s cannabis commission.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a regulated production facility (food, beverage, CPG, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of plant structure and horticulture.
