Asurion is seeking a 3rd Shift Operations Supervisor to join their team in Smyrna, TN. The role involves organizing and directing the daily activities of the Technology Logistics Center (TLC) Operation.
About the Role
As a 3rd Shift Operations Supervisor, you will manage, develop, and guide operational employees to ensure outstanding results and effective task execution. Your responsibilities include evaluating staffing levels, ensuring training completion, conducting performance reviews, collaborating on continuous improvement activities, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. You will also lead team meetings, compile departmental reports, and coach employees to meet productivity and quality expectations.
About You
Required:
- 4-year degree or equivalent leadership experience.
- Experience in managing teams and operational processes.
Preferred:
- Exposure to Lean concepts such as PDCA, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
