About the Role
As a 3rd Shift Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production team, ensure production goals and quality standards are achieved, monitor workflow, implement safety protocols, train and evaluate staff, and collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues. You will also maintain production records, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure safe operations of molding equipment.
About You
Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School education or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years technical background in the injection molding field.
- Prior supervisory experience.
Preferred:
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage shift-specific challenges.
