About the Role
As a Wage & Hour Litigation Associate, you will manage and oversee litigation cases, represent clients in state and federal court, draft and revise employee handbooks, and provide counsel on labor and employment issues. You will also conduct legal research and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations.
About You
Required:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the Colorado Bar
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in wage and hour litigation
- Proven experience with employment laws and drafting/revising handbooks
- Familiarity with the Colorado Wage Act and Fair Labor Standards Act
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience interpreting Colorado Department of Labor and Employment regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
