Summary
Venon Solutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (AI) to join their dynamic AI studio team, focusing on building and optimizing applications for their AI-driven video production pipeline.
About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop scalable applications with a strong emphasis on backend systems using Python frameworks. You will integrate AI/ML models into production pipelines, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI content systems.
About You
Required:
- Advanced English level (B2 or Higher) for fluent communication.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in the IT industry as a Developer.
- 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience, with 2+ years focused on AI production or machine learning applications.
- Strong backend proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Experience building scalable APIs and services.
- Secondary frontend skills in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Svelte).
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems.
- Proven ability to design modular systems and solve complex technical problems independently.
- Experience mentoring teams and implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating in a distributed, fast-paced team environment.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Preferred:
- Experience with video production tools or libraries (e.g., FFmpeg, OpenCV).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Prior work in creative industries, AI-generated content, or enterprise e-commerce systems.
