About the Role
As an A/V Install Technician, you will serve as the main point of contact between the Sales Engineer, Project Coordinator, and client to ensure smooth project execution. Your responsibilities will include developing custom control system programming, overseeing all project phases, conducting inspections, troubleshooting system issues, and providing training and support to clients post-installation.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of AV/smart home installation or project coordination experience.
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and programming skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Experience with Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar systems (certifications preferred).
- Background in construction, carpentry, or general labor.
