Responsibilities include collaborating with management to set expectations and priorities, holding staff accountable for sanitation and productivity standards, conducting team meetings and employee recognition, scheduling training, coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining respectful customer relationships. The role requires visibility and support in the work area, ensuring operational efficiency, appropriate staffing, sufficient food inventory, completion of operational duties meeting quality and safety standards, and proper equipment functioning.
