Summary

About the Role
As an ABA Behavior Therapist, you will help children develop social and communication skills, document their progress, and implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. This position requires a passion for working with special needs children and strong communication skills.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in relevant capacities.
Preferred:
- Experience as a Child Development worker, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician.
