About the Role
As an ABA Intern, you will deliver direct ABA therapy services in accordance with individualized treatment plans, implement skill acquisition programs, and maintain ethical standards under BCBA supervision. The internship is tiered, allowing progression from RBT Intern to RBT Fellow, with increasing responsibilities and professional development opportunities.
About You
Required:
- Enrollment in a qualifying Master’s degree program with coursework started toward BCBA or BCaBA certification.
- RBT certification required or obtained within designated timeframe.
Preferred:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
