About the Role
About You
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification (or relevant licensure such as MFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in special education, psychology, behavior analysis, counseling, social work, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in ABA service delivery for children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with CentralReach preferred
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and content development
- Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures
- Must exercise confidentiality and sound judgment
- Familiarity with early intervention and community-based services
- Culturally sensitive and able to work with diverse populations
- 2 years of experience supervising or managing clinical teams
