RightWay ABA is seeking an ABA Therapist (late afternoons) to join their team in East Rutherford, NJ. The role involves providing in-home ABA therapy for children ages 2-18 years old.
About the Role
As an ABA Therapist, you will implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA, teach communication and daily living skills, and collect real-time data on client progress. You will prepare materials for therapy sessions, maintain detailed session notes, and communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs about client progress. The position requires adherence to ethical guidelines and maintaining client confidentiality.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic or educational setting.
Preferred:
- Pursuing or holding a degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
- Experience with ABA therapy or training as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
