About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Reliable method of transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience in education or early childhood development.
- Background in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship.
- Experience as a teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide.
- Involvement in after-school programs or camp counseling.
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
- Familiarity with ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism.
- Healthcare support experience (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver).
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
