Okta is seeking an ABX Marketing Operations Manager to join their team in Bellevue, WA. The role involves optimizing ABM workflows and aligning with business partners to enhance marketing performance.
About the Role
As the ABX Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing ABX systems, defining personalization strategies, enhancing data governance, enabling cross-functional projects, and contributing to measurement and reporting for ABX initiatives.
About You
Required:
5+ years in Marketing Operations and MarTech management, ideally in B2B or enterprise software.
3+ years specifically supporting ABM/ABX motions at scale.
Deep familiarity with the tech stack and data structures for account-based motions.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and systems-thinking mindset.
Expertise with Marketo and other MarTech platforms in an operational capacity.
Experience with Salesforce and other GMT Ops platforms in an operational capacity.
Familiarity with enterprise-level security, audit, or SOX compliance requirements.
