As an Academic Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and updating course shells in the LMS, consulting on LMS capabilities, managing the curriculum feedback ticketing system, ensuring course catalog compliance, and reviewing content for alignment with Quality Matters standards. Your contributions will significantly impact student success in a dynamic work environment that values creativity and collaboration.
About You
Required:
- HTML/coding experience.
- Degree or certification in educational technology, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience in professional or academic editing/proofreading.
- Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
- Ability to report on data and manage multiple projects independently.
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Adobe Suite and/or Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
