Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an ACAS Cybersecurity Engineer to join their team in Washington, DC. The role involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining the ACAS suite for vulnerability management and security compliance.
About the Role
As an ACAS Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting scans, analyzing reports, implementing patches, and ensuring adherence to federal security standards. You will provide on-site and remote engineering services, perform site audits, and develop security solutions aligned with security strategy. Your work will involve troubleshooting complex challenges and integrating ACAS capabilities into broader security operations.
About You
Required:
3+ years of experience deploying, maintaining, administrating, and integrating the ACAS tool set, including Tenable Security Center and Nessus.
3+ years of experience with system engineering, computer science, information systems, or engineering management.
Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience providing IT support, or Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience providing IT support.
IAT Level III Certification such as CISSP or CISM Certification.
Preferred:
Experience with cybersecurity tools such as Trellix, Splunk, FirePower, or FireEye.
Experience using SolarWinds.
Linux+ or RHEL Certification.
