You will learn to recruit and coach other financial professionals, while also receiving extensive training and access to digital tools and resources.

About You

Required:

Sales or managerial experience in another industry.
An MBA or equivalent degree.

Preferred:

Experience running your own business.
Strong motivation to impact the financial well-being of clients.
