About You
- H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Less than 1 Year of Experience in Healthcare or Customer Service
- 1 Year of Healthcare or Customer Service Experience
- Good listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful environments
- High level of empathy and exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent data entry, numeric, typing, and computer navigational skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
