About the Role
As an Account Analyst - Commercial Insurance, you will be responsible for maintaining documentation of client communications, preparing correspondence for underwriters, reviewing policies for accuracy, assisting in the renewal process, and compiling financial reports. You will also handle data entry, invoicing, and research industry trends and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Up to three years of client services experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Understanding of industry trends and governmental regulations.
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed.
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.
