About the Role
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing client communications, managing the certificate of insurance process, and monitoring billing discrepancies. You will execute data entry and maintenance in various systems, coordinate the renewal process, and assist in the preparation of client deliverables. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of brokerage experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment.
- Solid communication skills: writing and presentation preparation.
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette for a customer service environment.
- Intermediate knowledge and use of standard features of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work to solve problems.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Management Liability experience.
