About the Role
As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and promotional activities, managing the brand portfolio, and developing customized product strategies. Your daily tasks will include engaging with clients, creating tailored product presentations, and overseeing all stages of product development. You will also be required to travel within the US and Canada to meet customers and participate in industry exhibitions.
About You
Required:- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Understanding of the cosmetic industry and sales experience.
- Proficient in organizing and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong grasp of product and business dynamics with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:- Proven track record in product development with demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
