About the Role
As an Account Director, Client Services, you will lead strategic planning and execution for one of BeCore's largest clients. Your responsibilities include guiding creative and production teams, identifying KPIs for program success, developing narratives to influence decisions, managing budgets and contracts, and fostering client relationships. You will also oversee the professional development of team members and support in drafting project documentation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7–10 years of leadership in experiential marketing or brand management.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Strong strategic and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proven success managing Fortune 500 client relationships.
Preferred:
- Experience in sports marketing, particularly in Basketball or Soccer.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Talented presenter with strong communication skills.
