Rare Beauty is seeking an Account Director - NA to manage strategic and commercial ownership of assigned retailers across North America, based in El Segundo.
About the Role
As the Account Director, you will lead retailer strategy, annual planning, negotiation, and cross-functional alignment to achieve sell-out and brand goals. You will serve as the daily point of contact for assigned beauty accounts, manage sell-out for designated retailers, and ensure alignment with NA commercial objectives. This role requires fostering long-term client relationships and contributing to strategic presentations and cross-functional planning.
About You
Required:
Direct experience managing major North American beauty retailers from a corporate perspective.
Bachelor's degree or better with specialization in business administration, retail math, marketing, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience in consumer products and/or ecommerce, notably cosmetics or beauty.
Creative and resourceful problem solver.
Self-motivated and proactive approach with an appropriate sense of urgency.
