About the Role
As an Account Director, you will proactively connect with members, develop tailored strategic plans, forge relationships with stakeholders, analyze engagement trends, and collaborate with internal teams to support members. You will also provide progress reports, forecast member renewals, and demonstrate a deep understanding of business fundamentals.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years account management or sales experience, preferably in the marketing, advertising, or media industry.
Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills with C-Suite and executive-level engagement.
Preferred:
Experience with data analysis and technology.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables.
